Based on their observations, he will discuss several policy considerations related to teaching within IvI. The aim is to reflect collectively on how we can strengthen the quality, sustainability, and organization of our education, while ensuring that IvI continues to benefit from the expertise and commitment of its teaching staff.

Master Thesis Project Tracking System – Towards a Structured Approach in Thesis Project Management - Martin Bor

Abstract: For students, the thesis project is both the capstone of their studies and often a make-or-break situation, causing a lot of stress and, in some cases, dropout. Academic supervisors, meanwhile, spend excessive time chasing students and manually tracking progress instead of focusing on academic guidance, while coordinators lack a central, data‑informed overview to identify systemic issues and quality risks. To address these challenges, this STQ project proposes a specialized thesis tracking system. By providing students with guided milestones, supporting academic supervisors with automated progress and feedback cycles, and equipping coordinators with oversight dashboards, the system ensures early risk detection and data-driven curricular improvements.
