After a well-deserved summer break, it’s wonderful to see so many refreshed faces back on the Science Park campus. We’re also delighted to welcome 220 new Bachelor’s students and 740 new Master’s students to our programmes this year.

There is plenty to look forward to in the year ahead. Thomas van Binsbergen is taking over from Zhiming Zhao as programme director of the Bachelor’s in Informatics, we’re streamlining the organisation of thesis projects, and we’re putting the finishing touches on our Education Guidelines, which set out how we all contribute to strong and inspiring education at IvI.

We look forward to working together to make the coming academic year another successful and inspiring one for our students and colleagues alike!
