Three UvA Informatics Master's renew their designation as ‘Top Rated Programme’
The Master's programmes in Logic, System and Network Engineering (SNE) and Software Engineering at the University of Amsterdam's Graduate School of Informatics have once again achieved the designation ‘Top Rated Programme’ by the 'Keuzegids Masters 2016'.
For the Master’s programme Logic this is the fourth year in a row that it has achieved this distinction. It is also the second time that the SNE and Logic programmes have been ranked among the ‘Top 20 best Master's programmes’ nationwide.
The Top 20 ranking is made up of Master's programmes that received the highest ratings from students and experts. 70% of the ranking is based on information from the National Student Survey (NSE) and for 30% from accreditation decisions made by the Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO). In the ‘Keuzegids Masters 2016’ all officially registered Master's programmes in the Netherlands at universities of applied sciences and research universities, totalling more than 1,200, were assessed.
