Three UvA Informatics Master's receive ‘Top Programme’ designation

The Master's programmes in Logic, System and Network Engineering (SNE) and Software Engineering at the University of Amsterdam's Graduate School of Informatics have all been designated as ‘Top Programmes’ by the 'Keuzegids Masters 2015'. The SNE and Logic programmes have furthermore been ranked among the ‘Top 20 best Master's programmes’ nationwide.

The Top 20 ranking is made up of Master's programmes that received the highest ratings from students and experts. It includes programmes at both universities of applied sciences and research universities. Information for this ranking comes from the National Student Survey (NSE) and from accreditation decisions made by the Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO). The Options Guide assessed all officially registered Master's programmes in the Netherlands, totalling more than 1,200.

About 'Keuzegids Masters'

The 'Keuzegids Masters 2015' is a serie published by the Centre for Higher Education Information (Centrum Hoger Onderwijs Informatie, CHOI). Based in Leiden, the CHOI is an autonomous and independent agency whose mission is to collect information to facilitate objective comparisons of Dutch degree programmes on quality and other criteria.
